Our wide range of injection molds.
Series production of a fully developed component requires our precise production of the corresponding molds — another core competence of MiraTech. With the help of all common processing methods and a very high depth of manufacture, we build injection molds up to a size of 800 x 800 millimeters.
The spectrum of our expertise ranges from prototype molds to high-performance molds for many millions of units, from multiple hot runner molds to molds in very complex geometries with slides and near-contour cooling.
In addition to injection molds, we also manufacture fixtures for measuring and quality assurance, for parts assembly, and, upon request, removal grippers for your component.
Finished molds go into production.
The finished injection molds are sampled by us and transferred to series production. For this purpose, we have 30 fully automated machines with clamping forces ranging from 28 to 700 tons.
Our manufacturing experts optimize the production of your product. This is done in close cooperation with quality assurance, where your product is measured. Here, the process is also qualified and documented — according to the standard of our ISO certification or according to your individual specifications. The accompanying process simulation ensures the best possible result.
